24th June Testwood Lakes

Seven of us met at Testwood Lakes in good weather. The wild flower meadow was in full bloom as was the new herb garden. We saw 90 different species of nature including 32 birds. We also saw flowers, trees, butterflies and animals including agile rats. Highly fluffy baby Canada geese and baby shelducks, sand martins, swallows and a little grebe. Other highlights included Marble White, comma butterflies, ragged robin, woody nightshade flowers.
Next meeting Bolton Bench on the 29th July
