Ashlett Creek 30 April

Eleven of us met at Aslett Creek, on a bright morning, although there was a threat of rain.
The high lights were two nightingales singing in the bushes. (although we did not see them), and three whimbrel on the marsh. In all we saw 29 different species. We also saw a flower which caused some debate but was not identified.
The May meeting is cancelled but the June meeting is at Testwood Lakes on the last Friday 25, at 10.00
