October meeting

October Bird watch
The birds seem to have been a little allusive in the arboretum at Rhinefield, for our walk this month. We saw about 6 species. The trees however were at their best. The colours were wonderful. A number of tree names were noted. There will be a test later!!! We saw a Southern Hawker dragonfly, and the fungi caused a lot of discussion. Those names included, Cauliflower fungus, and a group of red spotted ones called Fly Agaric.

The November meeting is to be at Titchfield Haven. Details at the November U3A meeting.
