August meeting at Testwood Lakes

We met at Testwood Lakes at 10am. The weather was bright and breezy. We saw 27 species of birds including, Lapwing, Common Sandpiper and Greenshank. We also saw many different flowers and trees, plus a few butterflies and dragonflies.
There were 5 of us on the walk, it is good to know we have lots of wildlife on our doorstep.
The next meeting on 25-09-09 at Eling. Meet at Toll Bridge at 10am.
