September Meeting

The September Bird watch attracted 5 birders, who enjoyed a walk along the sea wall at Keyhaven. It was bright but a bit windy.
We sow 31 species. the high lights being, Kingfisher, Black tailed Godwit, grey Plover in summer plumage, Wheatear, Peregrine and Rock pipit.
The next meeting on 29th October is at Pig Bush. Meet at the Pig Bush car park, just after Beaulieu Road Station on the Lyndhurst/Beaulieu Road in the New Forest.

September Meeting

The next meeting is on September 24th at Keyhaven/Pennington Marshes. Meet at 10am. There is parking on the sea wall is free, or in the car park opposite the Gun pub, but at a cost.
Directions, take the Christchurch road to Everton turn left to Milford-on-sea, then turn left to Keyhaven to the Gun pub.
